Please read this stuff carefully. Your placement of an order at SEIsports.com indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Come on, it's not that long. =)
 
Preorder Now!
Preorder items are not in stock(at our warehouse) but are available in limited quantity through the manufacturer. If you place an order for a preorder product and it can not be fulfilled, you will be notified via email. Your credit card will not be charged until your product ships.
 
Foreign Order Acceptance Policy
If you're placing an order using a foreign (non-U.S.) credit card, shipping, or billing address, we require the following three pieces of information before we can process your order:
  • A scanned image of your credit card (front and back)
  • A copy of your billing statement
  • A copy of your signature to compare to the signature on your credit card
You may email these items to us at customer_service@seisports.com, or you may fax them to us at 203.924.7755. We understand that this procedure is somewhat cumbersome, but please try to understand that we're only trying to protect the true card owner. We've experienced fraud before, but after introducing this procedure a few years ago, we have not experienced a similar incident.
 
International Shipping
Please be aware that items that are shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees/tariffs/taxes etc. You are responsible for these fees! If you refuse a shipment from us we will be forced to bill you for any fees (usually customs, shipping there and shipping back to us) plus our restocking fee. Please keep this in mind if you plan to ship internationally!
 
Product Holding Policy
We cannot place items on hold, since we have no proof that we'll ever receive payment. Valid credit card orders get precedence over invalid credit card, check, and money order orders. Therefore, if two people place orders for the same product, one person using a valid credit card and the other using a check, we will ship the item to the person using the credit card.
 
Shipping
In most cases, orders are packaged and shipped on the next business day after they are placed. However, if we have a problem, such as a credit card being declined, the order may be delayed. Also keep in mind that shipping time begins on the day the order was shipped, not necessarily on the day it was placed. For premium shipping methods (such as 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc.) a "day" is actually defined as a "business day." Thus, if your order ships on Friday via Next Day Air, you won't see it until Monday (assuming that Monday is not a holiday), since the weekends don't count as "business days." If you have any specific questions about shipping time, you should contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
  • All orders are shipped out signature required.
  • All orders with incorrect shipping information may lead to a UPS address correction surcharge.
 
Returns/Exchanges
All returns/exchanges must be received by our shipping department within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return/exchange any non-closeout item that has not been used. This means that the item must be in sellable condition:
  • Item is in original packaging with all accessories
  • Packaging is in brand new condition (not torn or ripped etc)
  • Item must be received by us in the same condition in which it left us
Unless you're exchanging the item, we'll have to charge you a 20% fee (for the time we spent packaging, updating our inventory, etc.). Before sending anything back to us, you must email us to obtain a return authorization number. We cannot refund shipping costs, so you must send all returns prepaid. If an exchange is taking place, you will be charged for shipping back to you. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
 
Damage Occurring During Shipment
Nothing leaves our warehouse damaged. Boards occasionally have tiny flaws as a result of the manufacturing process, but these flaws are not considered damages or defects, since they will not affect your riding in any way. We assure you that everything we sell is thoroughly inspected for real defects prior to shipment, and we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise. However, damage can sometimes occur during transport. Please check the package for damage before signing for your stuff. If anything appears to be damaged, you should contact the shipping company at once (usually UPS), and file a claim with them.
 
Damage Occurring During Use of Product
Although we can promise that everything leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, we can't promise that your stuff won't be the victim of some sort of manufacturing defect (for boards, this almost always means delamination). Thankfully, most manufacturers have limited warranties against this sort of thing. Products found to be defective will be, at the manufacturer's sole discretion, repaired or replaced. Warranties will become void by the following: modification to the product of any kind, or improper use of the product (including, but not limited to, riding on rocks, picnic tables, trees, handrails, seashells, or any other obstacle). This means that impact damage (damage occurring from doing jumps, tricks, etc.) is not covered by warranty. If you feel that you've received a defective product, you can contact us, and we'll try to get the manufacturer to help you out. However, since the manufacturer has the final word on what happens, we can't guarantee anything. You should note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs. Also, please realize that due to the nature of the stuff we sell here, scrapes, dings, cracks, and even eventual breakage are usually considered normal wear and tear. The bottom line is that unless your board has delaminated within a relatively short period of time, the chances of the damage being covered by warranty is close to nil.
 
Privacy
We value your privacy. Thus, we promise that we will never give your personal information to any 3rd party, no matter what! The only information we collect is what we need to process orders. This includes customer contact/shipping/billing info (which we store in a secure server that is protected against unauthorized access). We also use "cookies" to assign each user a unique ID as a method of associating users with their shopping carts as they shop around the site, but rest assured that we don't participate in any of that customer profiling stuff. We never send unsolicited email, so please don't worry about giving us your email address. We only use it as a convenient method of communication between us and our customers.

While most of the pictures/descriptions on SEIsports.com are completely accurate, some pictures/descriptions may differ slightly in color or minor detail.

Due to a large increase in credit card fraud, SEIsports.com reserves the right to refuse any order that we may feel to be suspicious.
